with your child to develop
skills in all areas of the
game with a concentration
on power skating.
MIDSEASON CLINIC
For all ages of players looking to receive individualized attention
with respect to skating technique, with a primary emphasis on
quickness, speed, balance and power. In addition, this camp will
focus on teaching basics of stickhandling, shooting, passing and
puck protection to develop the players overall skill set. Included
will be off-ice sessions where youth players will participate in
plyometrics, agilitiy circuts and ballet. Bantam, Midget and High
School players will work with a certified sports instructor on
weight and resistance training.

ABOUT THE CLINICS

INSTRUCTORS
BRENDAN COLLINS:
Brendan grew up playing hockey in Rutland, Vermont. He was selected
three times to represent the state of Vermont at the New England Select
15, 16 and 17 festivals. Brendan played four years of varsity hockey at the
Holderness School in Plymouth, New Hampshire, captaining the team as
a senior. He was recruited to play hockey at numerous division three
schools and attended Connecticut College. There, he double majored in
Economics and Mathematics and is currently employed in Rutland as
financial advisor at Edward Jones Investments.
PATRICK COLLINS:
Patrick also grew up in Rutland, Vermont. He was selected twice to
represent New England at the National Select 16 and 17 festivals. After his
junior year at Rutland High School, he was named Vermont State Player of
the Year. Patrick went on to play hockey at Phillips Exeter Academy where
he served as Captain during his senior year and Connecticut College,
where he was elected captain in both his junior and senior years. He is
currently in his third and final year at Albany Law School.
